Learn the intricacies of dry pastels, from material investigations to application techniques, in this open level weekly workshop. Students will investigate a wide range of pastel densities and their specific applications. Techniques that focus on layering color to create depth, perspective, and overall composition will be explored. Students will work from still life tableaus, live models, botanicals and landscape.
